PERSONAL DATA PROTECTUION REGULATIONS
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1
In the process of processing personal data and protecting individuals regarding the processing of personal data and rules related to the free movement of personal data, Marsel Brkić, the LEIDI business in Galižana, Entrepreneurial Zone 19, OIB: 19452440568, is obliged to apply the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 (hereinafter: General Regulation).

Article 4

II.1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING BY VIDEO CONTROL
Article 8
The video inspector in the sense of the provisions of this Ordinance refers to the collection and further processing of personal data, including the creation of a footage that is or is intended to form part of the storage system. Unless otherwise provided by law or this Ordinance, the provisions of this Ordinance shall apply to the processing of personal data through a video surveillance system.
Article 9
A video surveillance system consisting of ... to ..... an external and internal recording camera is set up in the premises of the craft. Processing of personal data via video surveillance can only be carried out for the purpose that is necessary and justified for the protection of persons and property, if the interests of the respondents who are inconsistent with the processing of data through the video recorder are not prevalent. Personal data processing via video surveillance is performed to control entry and exit from the work rooms and the premises and to reduce the exposure of workers and property to the risk of breakdown, burglary, violence, theft and similar events at work or in connection with work, which constitutes the legal basis of such work personal data processing. Videonadzor only covers the production halls - rooms and the external surface of the building, whose supervision is necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article. The video monitor does not exist in sanitary as in personal hygiene and dressing rooms. Each camera will be set in such a way that the field of view of the camera "sees" only what is meant for the entire recording system. Video surveillance is focused on monitoring the production process and thus controls the process and production quality, ensures the security of the facility, prevents unauthorized access, controls the delivery and take over of goods, ensures the safety of workers and all other persons who are in the property in question and prevents unlawful property-oriented actions (theft, damage, destruction, etc.).
Article 10
Processing has marked that the object or individual premises in it and the outer surface of the object under the video monitor, and the tag is visible at the latest when entering the perimeter of the recording. The notice referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall contain all relevant information in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation, in particular a simple and easy to understand picture with the text providing the following information to the respondents: - the space under the video monitor - data on the operator of the processing - contact information through which the respondent can exercise his / her rights.
Article 11
Access to personal data collected through the video recorder is provided by the processing manager, the person responsible for processing and personal data protection of the worker, Marijana Bezbradica, and the company performing the video surveillance system. The persons referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article may not use video recordings of the video surveillance system contrary to the purpose set out in Article 9, paragraph 1 of this Ordinance. The video surveillance system is protected from access by unauthorized persons. Each access recording will be recorded in a special journal of accessed recorded content. Access to the data referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be carried out by the competent state bodies in the performance of its activities under its statutory scope.
Article 12
Records obtained via video recorders are kept for the longest of 30 days unless other law provides for a longer period of custody or evidence in court, administrative, arbitration or other equivalent proceedings. In the case of a justified need, the processing manager may decide to keep the recordings for more than 30 days. Video capture captures are automatically stored on the processing manager's computer and password-protected access to images. Records obtained via the video recorder are automatically deleted after the expiration of 30 days after the recording date.
III. HOW WE COLLECT DATA

V. DATA STORING SYSTEM
